Gamestarter
Gamestarter was one of my first programs, and till now is about the only useful/usable one.
It has been rewritten in Delphi last year and has recently gotten skin support and supports unicode file/game names.
The whole purpose is to create a container for the game-shortcuts so they won't clutter up the desktop/startmenu.
Games can be divided into different categories, so you can for example sort them by genre.
They can be started through the main interface or the context-menu in the notification area (see the screenshots).
